LeaBarn Apartment
We are located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, in a residential street with family homes, only 20 minutes by walk from the city center. It was important for me to save the original elements, like bricks, old wood, open space, natural light and create an apartment for people who appreciate high standards, beautiful details and luxury. Grand windows are opening into 100 years old orchard and surrounding homes. From the terrace and roof windows you can watch the breathtaking sky full of stars. The bedroom is located in the mezzanine accessible by high steps, which looks like the shelving unit. You can use the fire place, made of natural stone and open a bottle of wine from the local vineyard. The property is surrounded by a fence with a garage. It is a great starting point to explore the town and surroundings as well as a place to relax and to celebrate special occasions.
Kitchen
The apartment has well equipped kitchen, with all necessary equipment and facilities, including a dishwasher, plates and cutlery for everyone, who enjoys cooking. During the summer season guests can use the organic vegetables, herbs and fruits directly from our garden and orchard.
Bathroom
Grand bathroom with spacious shower, towels, hairdryer, first aid kit and organic cosmetics. In the Apartment you will find iron board with iron and two umbrellas. We can provide a standalone baby-bath as well.
Bedroom
Spacious bedroom on the mezzanine floor, with special staircase made of bookshelves unit. Two sky lights and solar blinds. We provide a bed with luxurious 160×200 mattress and 90×200 high quality tourist bed mattress if necessary. If you wish to stay with your baby, we provide free of charge baby cot.
Living room
Living room is an open space with floor heating, sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, natural sandstone fireplace used in the winter months and two spacious wardrobes. It is merged by a big open windows with the grand terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture.
